Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 
OPTION FOR PICKUP - in person pick up can be arranged for Pender Island or Victoria locations.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 days using Canada Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping within Canada. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at islandsoulsoap@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Mishaps can happen when shipping fragile items and we want to ensure any damaged products are replaced in a timely fashion.
